Maha
Maha is a line of dining chairs designed for homes and hospitality spaces. The design is based on the repetition of a curved element that forms a cocooning seat and backrest. Each chair is available with or without armrests. A wooden tongue joins the seat and the backrest at the rear, creating a visible detail. The lounger version has a generous size and is intended for relaxed sitting. Simple lines, wood and fabric are combined to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in private rooms, hotels, serviced apartments and resorts.
Maha Dining Chair by Lodovico Bernardi was recognized as a grand example of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. Maha Dining Chair earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2021. The A' Furniture Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design recognition program that recognizes superior design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
