Brewster 5000

Brewster 5000 is a compact automatic pour over coffee maker designed for a single cup. Water is directed in a circular flow over the coffee grounds at regular intervals to extract a clean cup. A simple interface with touch buttons allows selection of cup number and coffee strength, and a keep warm function holds the brewed coffee for later use. The main body is made of polypropylene to resist heat. Disposable unbleached paper coffee cones are part of the design. The compact desktop format suits work at home use and removes manual measuring, boiling and pouring.

Brewster 5000 Desktop Pour Over Coffeemaker by Abishek Senthil has been identified as a creative representation of industrial design by the A' Design Award. Brewster 5000 Desktop Pour Over Coffeemaker received the Iron A' Design Award in Home Appliances Design in 2022. The A' Home Appliances Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design recognition program that rewards exceptional design of refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, washing machines, dryers, ovens, vacuum cleaners, air conditioners and more.
