Gateway To Future
Gateway To Future is an eye-catching outdoor exhibition that facilitates physical and virtual experiences to interweave for creating immersive experiences. The entire exhibition was designed in an intriguing, interactive, and easy-understanding manner for displaying the most outstanding developments of the sea, land, and air transport infrastructures, making Hong Kong a world city of Asia. The team pondered on the idea of integrating factual information and gaming elements to develop a hybrid chess board game built with bespoke online mobile games for visitors to play and experience.
Gateway To Future Exhibition by Oval Design Limited has been highlighted as a grand illustration of service design by the A' Design Awards. Gateway To Future Exhibition received the Golden A' Design Award in Event and Happening Design in 2023. The A' Event and Happening Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design recognition program that recognizes exceptional design of trade fairs, award ceremonies, festivals, conferences, exhibitions, concerts, product launches, charity events and more.
