Stellata
As with every piece of Seym Glass Studio, Stellata is handcrafted, not molded. This piece is an original design with a story. It is produced with 100% handmade blown glass technique. No other material other than glass is used. The design can be used for decorative purposes and will change the atmosphere of the environment. As with every product, it is handmade and unique to its owner, which makes the person feel special. It is inspired by the stars with its color transitions and transparency. Each sphere has different sizes and color transitions, each uniquely positioned like stars in the sky.
Stellata Decoration Glass Object by Şeyma Nur Soysal Karpuz was selected as a creative illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Stellata Decoration Glass Object earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Homeware Design in 2024. The A' Decorative Items and Homeware Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design recognition program that rewards superior design of tableware, lighting fixtures, cookware, decorative accessories, bathroom accessories, furniture, textiles, kitchen gadgets and more.
